Awards evenings are about recognition, connection, and fun.
It’s an opportunity for companies to bring their teams together under one roof to get dressed up, network, and celebrate the wins.
Whether they are national, state or branch level, an awards night provides a platform for recognising excellence in individuals, teams or even companywide.
The other upside is the relationship building. Bringing your staff or industry colleagues together, in the same venue with great food, music and entertainment, creates opportunities for invaluable connections to be made.
I recently hosted the Victorian Industry Excellence Awards Dinner for the Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractors Association of Australia. What began as a MC gig, exploded into a night at the circus and comedy; creatively producing an ensemble of amazing performers and unique moments. The result was a high-energy night of hoops, juggling and magic that wove amongst the speeches, recognitions, and awards. The night included formal moments and interviews along with spectacular acts from Australia’s finest artists.
EVENT SECRET
While it can be a juggle (pardon the pun) to coordinate a multi-performer event, working with premier circus artists will wow your audience every time! This is a well-oiled machine made up of precision performers who collaborate and commit to putting on the best show for the audience and the client – lifting your event from the ordinary to the extraordinary!
Originally slated for 2020 it was great to finally get this event off the ground and a pleasure to be working with our client Amanda Searle, Barry Markoff of ICMI, and the fantastic event team at The Victorian Arts Centre.
