The Importance of Business Events

Our Mars event in Adelaide recently highlighted the great importance of the grass-roots events industry.

In Australia we host some incredible Major Events including the Formula One Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival, White Night, and so many more. Having a thriving events industry in the tier below this – business events - ensures that when the major events occur, we have creative, operations, catering, AV, conference, exhibition, and a host of other staff ready to go. Without these industry events throughout the year, we would not have the infrastructure or expertise to host Major Events.

Together business events, private events (weddings & large family celebrations) and major events, in turn support at least one third of air travel, hotel room stays and (down to the micro level) Uber and restaurant bookings.
